NOTE: From March 2016, your character must be either transferring from another university into the year you would like them to be (limited by age) or starting as a 1st year.

Appearance: Niou hasn’t really changed since junior high, just gaining a couple of centimetres in height. He’s lost a bit of weight in the time he’s been abroad, but he should gain that back fairly quickly with some regular eating. Otherwise, he’s still got the same white hair and blue eyes and questionable fashion choices.
Personality/Biography: Always questionable with his self control and his decision making, Niou decided to vanish mysteriously for two years straight after his high school graduation, packing up a bag and leaving the country, cutting off contact with high school friends save for the very rare postcard that he purposely made generic and information-less.
He’s been travelling around continually, making his way from country to country. But he finally decided to return to Japan recently. To avoid going back home and out of a lack of knowing what else to do, he applied to do mathematics as something he’d always enjoyed and was very good at. Niou was offered a scholarship to Johoga to study mathematics which he accepted, instead of going to Rakujo like he’d originally planned.
Niou is genuinely planning on working hard to catch up on what he’s missed as he tries to settle down to a more sedentry, calm life than what he’s been doing for the past two years.
RP Samples: Niou dropped his bag on the floor and looked around his room. Small, but he’d slept in worse. And it was furnished, which was a huge bonus. He spent a bit of time noseying around in the wardrobe and the bathroom, turning on the taps and off again and checking the hinges on the doors of the wardrobe.
Lovely.
He knew he should probably shower, but his stomach grumbled and he needed to call his parents and get some food for later and it was all too hard to think about personal hygiene at that moment. Niou rummaged in his bag to pull out his wallet and phone - still not charged. Oh well, he stuck it in his pocket anyway and after motioning at his bag - “Stay…” - he made his way out of his room. He had a free afternoon, he could look around and see what was nearby.
